Galeos Salad Dressings started in 1996 in Newport Beach, California by Chefs, Andrei Leontieff and Gordana Samardzic; both educated in European customs, where a thankfulness for the masterfulness of cooking was imparted at an early age. Galeos The European gourmet specialists opened a shoreline side bistro with one shared vision: a bistro with old European conventions and a touch of individual, inventive touch that worked in custom made, global food. In 1997, one year in the wake of opening, the bistro was a blasting achievement.
